Climbing May seem more rewarding on clear days, but I just rode my bike into a cloud, and that is pretty cool. That said, visibility on an already winding road just dropped significantly. The rain has let up so I’m stopping for the day.

When I check your blog, I look the towns up in Wikipedia to get their history. Then I look at them on GoogleMaps streetview to get a sense of what it looks like for riding. The towns look small and naorthern. The sun is always low in the sky. I just saw a big fat moon out my window and you will likely see it it an hour or two.
I am very impressed with your trip. I’m always surprised at how far you’ve gone. And I say sitting here…
